People all over the world want social justice
and sustainability. Instead we see increasing inequality,
injustice and environmental degradation. What can be done?
An essential part of the answer lies with our systems of governance
and democracy. If our current systems are incapable of promoting
justice and sustainability, then we must change them.
Through WDN we will gather and disseminate examples of theory
and practice that could help to provide the answers. The aim
is to develop a whole new vision of democracy and governance
at every level, from local to global - a vision to inspire
and guide humanity in our efforts to build a just and sustainable
world.
